In order to provide the highest level of service to our rental home owners and tenants, we have limited our services to properties with the following criteria.
R.P. Management, Inc., accepts unfurnished single family homes in the Minneapolis/St Paul Metro. We are not taking on condos, townhomes or furnished houses.
Our normal service area is roughly a 12 mile radius from downtown Minneapolis, which includes most of Dakota and Washington counties some of Scott and Anoka Counties and all of Hennepin and Ramsey countries, excluding North Minneapolis (except Camden) South Central Mpls, the Frogtown area and the near east side of St Paul.
We handle houses in the $180,000 - $500,000 range. The fastest moving houses are under $300,000.
All properties managed must meet any applicable local ordinance requirements.
All properties managed must meet reasonable habitability standards.
The current time on the market is 51 days. Owners must have the ability to afford some possible vacancy and unexpected maintenance.
Once you have vacated the house, it needs to be void of furniture and personal belongings for us to market it through our easy show system.
