Hi Dave,

 

After the recent sale of our North Oaks home I would like to recap the events leading up to the sale.

We first put the house on the market in the spring of 07 for the summer until we went to Florida in the fall. We did the same in 08 and 09.The only help our realtors gave during that period was to lower the price. We did to the tune of $110000. Still no sale.We were going to take the house off the market for several years, my wife suggested trying to rent it.

I found your organization called you and you came out and gave us several interesting options. We decided to put it on a one year lease. After your well done ad was posted on the internet the first couple that came through 3 days later signed a one year lease. They liked the house so much they commited to a second year before they moved in.

Now the best part, They were interested in buying the house at the end of the lease. Dave, you put together a great agreement which insured even if they didn't buy the house we would still come ahead financially.

So after 2 years of rent being paid on time and no problems with the renters or the house the sale was closed on10/31.

Dave this has been a wonderful experience for us as we collected 2 years rent and now we are holding a contract for deed at a very good interest rate. This makes our retirement years very enjoyable knowing we have a fixed income stream for the next 5 years.
